Wombat burrows during bushfires fun fact

Fun fact about wombat burrows during Australian bushfires

Another reason to love our square pooping friend the wombat... Smaller animals are known to survive bushfires by taking refuge in the network of wombat burrows. The deep tunnels become a safe place for animals, making the wombat an accidental hero. Hopefully, the burrows saved and continue to save lots of little lives 🤞🏼 🐭🦋
